Alexandra Chea and Gail Novak premiers Antillean Sagas composed by our Cedric Munroe of Artistry Project.

The Work delivered on a promise of unique harmonies and enchanting melodies. There were flavors of Bahamian Junkanoo, Cuban Rhumba, Argentinian Tango and so much more!
The Audience was taken on a narrative journey as well as a musical one. The composer wrote:

“…The Antillean Sagas are, in many ways, a musical expository of Bahamian folklore, myths, and heritages. Conceived with supplement literature. Each movement, though concise, will chronicle some characters and settings within the Bahamian Mythos; very much akin to ancient Celtic Sagas—a nod to my Irish ancestry…
